No fixed limit. Each page is drawn one after another, so a long PDF at 300 dpi takes longer and needs more memory, especially on phones.
Can it convert scanned PDFs?
Yes. A scanned PDF is already a picture of each page, so the result looks just like the scan.
Are fonts and Korean or Japanese text shown correctly?
