A4 is the standard in most of the world; Letter is common in the US and Canada. Both keep your image centred and scaled to fit, so nothing is cropped.
“Fit to image” makes every page the same size as its photo — best for screenshots or when the PDF will only be read on screen.

Why is my PDF large?
Photos from phones are often several megabytes each. Run them through Compress Image first if you need a smaller PDF.
